We do not offer a refund for purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can contact us for an equal exchange if products come to you damaged.
You are eligible for an exchange within 7 calendar days of you receiving your product. Products must be sent back to Microessence in original packaging with all parts included at the cost of the purchaser.
After the 7 day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive an exchange. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first few days after their purchase to ensure it fits their needs.
